Each MLI home is a precision-made Nordic log house, crafted from slow-grown Finnish pine in a state-of-the-art factory and assembled on your plot in a matter of weeks. Solid wood breathes, balances humidity and keeps the indoor air clean — a home that is quiet, warm, full of light and built to last for generations.
Single-level living
around 100 m², no stairs, planned for comfort and ease over the years.
Solid Nordic wood
Finnish pine from certified forests. The wood keeps the carbon it absorbed as a tree for the whole life of the house.

Wide, quiet beaches. Native landscape. Light you will want to paint. Days here are slow by choice: a walk by the ocean, lunch with friends, an evening on the terrace. When you want more, Montevideo is a short drive away and Buenos Aires a short flight. Uruguay is one of the most stable and safe countries in Latin America, with excellent private healthcare in Punta del Este and an international community that feels instantly familiar.
Late April to August · your Mediterranean home
Costa del Sol, Spain
As autumn reaches the Atlantic, spring arrives in Andalusia. Whitewashed villages, morning markets, Mediterranean food and long evenings by the sea. Málaga airport keeps you a few hours from family across Northern Europe, and the coast offers a wide choice of private and public healthcare. You are back in the EU, among the culture and connections you know.
