Your Exit Options

You are never locked in.

MLI properties are held in Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). When you decide to exit — for any reason — you sell shares, not buildings. One contract, two countries, zero complexity.

Sell the pair
Transfer both SPVs to a new MLI client. MLI provides a resale service. One contract covers both properties across two jurisdictions.

Sell one cabin
Keep the destination you love. Sell the other SPV independently. Impossible with conventional real estate — straightforward with MLI.

Generate rental income
If your travel slows, MLI manages your vacant cabin as a short-term rental. Gross yields of 5–10% documented in both markets.

Pass it on
Transfer the SPVs to your heirs or family. No cross-border re-titling. No double notary fees. Just a share transfer in your holding structure.

Move In
Cabin construction completes within 4–6 months from signing. MLI concierge service handles utilities, maintenance, and your first season's arrival.
